Cracked open my home-brewed Oktoberfest this weekend… yum! It had a really, really great flavor. Autumn in a bottle. We had a German dinner on Friday night with Scott and Roxi — sauerbraten, boiled potatoes, egg noodles, pumpernickel, baked stuffed apples — and we went through 2/3 of my Oktoberfest stash in one evening. This is why I should move from 2 gallon batches to 5 gallon. :)
